These conditions constitute a contract between you and Ayers guitar Canada by using www.ayersguitar.ca, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound to the conditions described below.  Ayers Guitar Canada may modify these conditions at any time.  Please take the time to read these conditions every time you use www.ayersguitar.ca to learn of any modifications or updates that may have been made.

The website www.ayersguitar.ca is operated from Montreal City, Province of Quebec, Canada.

 

Ayers Guitar Canada makes no representation that the elements of www.ayersguitar.ca can be used outside Canada.  It is forbidden to access or use www.ayersguitar.ca from territories where the law prescribes its content as illegal.  If you are accessing www.ayersguitar.ca from any place other than Canada, make sure that doing so does not violate laws or regulations in force in the Province of Quebec, Canada or in your own jurisdiction.  By using this site, you are agreeing to attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts in the district of Quebec City, and to the application of the laws in force in the Province of Quebec, Canada.

Shopping Online

You must commit to pay all fees as charged to you on www.ayersguitar.ca and please note that all prices and charges are in Canadian dollars and will be processed as such. Besides all rights and appeals, Ayers Guitar Canada may, at its sole discretion, without limitation, restrict or block your access to any part of www.ayersguitar.ca at any time.

 

The prices advertised on www.ayersguitar.ca may differ from the indicated in-store prices.  Ayers Guitar Canada reserves the right to modify any or all prices advertised on www.ayersguitar.ca at any time, without advance notice.

 

Ayers Guitar Canada reserves the right to refuse any order.

 

Ayers Guitar Canada reserves the right to open the packages of the products it sells to inspect the merchandise or to adjust it if need be.

This offer is valid for most orders of $200.00 or more (before taxes) purchased on www.ayersguitar.ca.

 

Free shipping is not valid for orders made with any discount coupon or additional rebate.

 

This promotion is only applicable on certain admissible products.

 

Free shipping does not apply to ‘’Beyond Point’’ areas; including, but not limited to, all of the Northern Territories (Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories), Labrador, Newfoundland and any other areas dictated by Fedex where extra shipping charges may apply. You will be notified of any additional costs before your order is processed.

 

Shipping & Handling

 

Purchase amount is calculated before Goods and Service Tax (GST), Quebec Sales Tax (QST) and does not include shipping and insurance costs.  All delivery charges and taxes will be added when applicable to the prices shown on www.ayersguitar.ca.  Duties and brokerage fees (if any) will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may be collected by a third party.  Please make sure you have entered the correct information for your coordinates and currency to get the correct pricing for your location.

 

All orders are shipped via FedEx, Canada Post or other major carriers.

 

You may come pick up your order at Ayers Guitar Canada on appointment only (Terrebonne City, QC, Canada, J6X 2L3) during regular business hours to avoid any shipping costs.

 

The responsibility of the shipping contract is transferred to you automatically as soon as your order is in the hands of the shipping company.

 

Insurance

 

Ayers Guitar Canada ships all items uninsured, and the risk of shipping loss or damage is the sole responsibility of the customer.  For information purposes only, most carriers cover the first $100 value of goods.  Additional insurance can be purchased for 3.25% of the total value of purchase, optional when you place your order online. Let we know your wish in the section “information to communicate” in the order form. We will contact you to confirm next steps.

 

Delivery Time

 

Delivery time (after notification) can take from 2 to 10 business days, to most major metropolitan areas.  Rural area destinations may take a longer time, and/or require a depot pick-up.  Any additional delivery charges as a result are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

To obtain a return for credit, all merchandise must be shipped to Ayers Guitar Canada within the 30 days of your purchase. Ayers Guitar Canada will not accept returns after 30 days of purchase date.

 

You must communicate with our sales support (support_Ayersguitarcanada@gmail.com) to get a valid return authorization number.

 

Once a return authorization is given, our shipping department will contact you to arrange for pick-up Ayers Guitar Canada will deduct theses charges before any refund is processed.  All original shipping and handling fees, including fees originally paid by Ayers Guitar Canada for any free shipping discount, are not refundable. Handling fees for return merchandises are charges to the customers. A 2.5% administration fee of the refundable amount is automatically applied on all return transactions.  An additional restocking fee may be deducted before we process any refund.

 

Ayers Guitar Canada will only process a return item if it contains of all original packaging, including but not limited to: boxes, cases, manuals, cables, warranty cards, etc.  All return items will be inspected for abuse or wear in which case additional charges may be applied.

 

Ayers Guitar Canada will not accept returns on consumable items, such as, without limitation: books, CD’s,DVD’s, software, flutes, harmonicas, reeds, strings with open packaging, drumsticks, drum skins, clothing.

 

Refunds for payments may take up to 10 business days to be processed after reception and inspection of goods.  There are no cash refunds, although a store credit or gift certificate may be requested at no additional charge.

 

Warranties

 

The warranties of the merchandise purchased are the sole responsibility of the manufacturers of such products.  Ayers Guitar Canada will act solely as an intermediary between you and the manufacturers whenever possible.  Please contact sales support (support_Ayersguitarcanada@gmail.com) for more info on applicable warranties.

 

All merchandise received by the customer must be inspected upon reception.  The shipping company and Ayers Guitar Canada. must be immediately notified of any damages.  Ayers Guitar Canada’s personnel will guide you through the proper procedure.

 

The customer will pay all shipping costs to and from the manufacturers or Ayers guitar.ca

 

The delays in honoring warranties depend on several variables, including, but not limited to: location of manufacturer, type of product, nature of the malfunction or damage, shipping company, product availability, replacement part availability, etc.

Ayers Guitar Canada wants you as a life long customer.   If you’re happy with our guitars then we will stand by you 100%.

We offer you a lifetime trade up guarantee of 100% of the original purchase price of an Ayers Guitar for a more expensive Ayers model.

Here are the simple qualifications of the program:

1) You must be the original owner of an Ayers Guitar purchased from Ayers Guitar Canada.

2) You’ll need your receipt showing you are the original owner and how much you paid.

3) Minor scratches that cannot be felt with a thumbnail are acceptable.   Dents, nicks, cracks, or deeper scratches larger than 1/4″ in diameter across, must be evaluated before we will accept the guitar for 100% trade in value.

4) Your new Ayers guitar must amount to a $450 increase (excluding shipping and taxes on new or old guitar) between the original price of the trade in guitar and the guitar being purchased.

5) This policy applies only to non custom shop guitars

6) First Trade can occur immediately after a new purchase.   After the first trade we allow one trade per 365 days covered at 100% of the previous purchase price.   Additional trades within 365 days from the last trade up will be covered at 80% of the purchase price of the guitar being traded in and there are no limits on the number of trades per year.   In all cases, the $450 difference between the guitars applies.
